Eagle Point Resort Accommodations
Cottages - Though the cottages were aesthetically native, the bathrooms were far from rustic; that is, they were tiled and had hot/cold running water. Every cottage has its own balcony and a fantastic view of the sea. Six (6) of these cottages feature queen-sized beds while the remaining 12 feature two (2) single beds.
Terrace Hotel - This four story structure boasts forty furnished rooms in hotel-like luxury most, with a fantastic view of the Balayan Bay.
Casablanca - A 3 bedroom condominium suite and 5 hotel-like rooms
Villa Suites - The Villa was one of the original structures when this property was privately owned. It used to be a two-storey home with a large livingroom on the groundfloor, two bedrooms on the second and a helo-port on the roof. Today, the villa was renovated with the accommodations located on the second level. Here you will find two bedroom suites with their own bathrooms.

B. Approximately 700m after the First Philippine Industrial Park is the entrance to the Star Highway [new expressway]. Make a right unto it. Take it almost to the end.
C. At the end of the expressway, take the Tambo Exit. You will then see the “To Batangas City or to Bauan” sign. Follow the sign.
D. After a 3.5 km drive (you will pass by Fernando Airbase and Mataas na Kahoy), afterwhich you will come to an intersection with a sign that reads “Alitagtag. Turn right”. This will be a 10km drive (through zigzag roads and a steel bridge) which will take you to Cuenca, Batangas. Landmark: look for Mt. Maculot on your right. When you see the sign “Welcome to Alitagtag”, go about 1.5 kms and look for the Caltex gas station. Take the road which will take you to Lemery and Taal.
E. When you get to the end of the road, make a left to the Bauan. [A right turn will take you to Lemery and Taal.]
F. Just before you get to Bauan, look for a right turn to Mabini Town. Look for signs: AG&P, Kephil Phils., Anilao Seasport and Vistamar. [Note: If you cross a small bridge then you have gone too far and missed the turn off.] On this road look for AG&P and Kephil Phils. You will also see a body of water on your left. That is Batangas Bay. Then you will eventually go up into the hills where you will drive through a couple of zigzags. [Look for the Zigzag Hospital.]
G. You will eventually end up at a junction with a monument statue of Apolinario Mabini in the middle (if you go left - it is approximately a 1 km drive to the Mabini Town Hall). Turn right and follow the signs of Vistamar and Anilao Seasport. This is roughly 8km stretch.
H. When you see You have reached Anilao. Look for the “Welcome to Mabini and Eagle Point Resort” sign. Turn left. This road will follow the coast line with the Balayan Bay on you right. [You will also notice a number of smaller resorts like Vistamar, Anilao Seasport, etc.] As you go down the coast, you will also drive through a couple of small villages.
I. Then, the road will lead you up a steep hill which will eventually take you into Parang barrio. A short distance from this little barrio is our turn-off into our private road that will lead you to Eagle Point Resort.
